Question 1

What does PropBlaze sell?

Accepted Answer

Buyer enquiries for real estate agencies. Each enquiry comes from a public post where a person said they want to buy or rent property. One enquiry is shared with at most four agencies.

Question 2

How much does PropBlaze cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter €10/month for 10 buyers; Growth €25/month for 30 buyers; Pro €50/month for 75 buyers; Agency €100/month for 175 buyers. Registration is free and the first 5 buyers cost nothing, no card.

Question 3

What contact details come with a lead?

Accepted Answer

Usually a Telegram handle or a Reddit username; phone numbers and emails are rare. A lead with no way to reach the person is never sold. For this audience a message in the chat where they asked for advice works better than a call from an unknown number.

Question 4

Where do the enquiries come from?

Accepted Answer

Public posts in Telegram groups, Reddit threads and expat forums. An AI classifier separates genuine buyers from sellers, agents and idle discussion, and a second pass audits the result before anything is offered.

Question 5

Who operates PropBlaze?

Accepted Answer

BE FOUND GROUP d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Montenegro (reg. 50940816, PIB 03326730), based in Budva.
