We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, intent, or interest of any lead, and we accept no liability for outcomes of your outreach. Read this notice in full before creating an account.
PropBlaze is a product of BE FOUND GROUP d.o.o. (Limited Liability Company), registered in Montenegro, Budva — Registration No. 50940816, Tax ID (PIB) 03326730. References to “PropBlaze”, “we”, “us” or “the Company” mean BE FOUND GROUP d.o.o. “You” means the real-estate agency, developer, or professional using the service.
The leads shown in PropBlaze are compiled through automated analysis of publicly accessible information — public social-media posts, open community groups, public forums, and other openly published content where individuals have voluntarily expressed an interest in buying or renting property. We surface, structure, and score this public information; we do not purchase personal-data lists and we do not access private or password-protected content.
A lead is an information signal, not a verified sales opportunity, endorsement, or introduction. The presence of a lead does not mean the person is currently an active, willing, or reachable buyer.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropBlaze makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for:
PropBlaze is a tool for discovery only. Any commercial result depends entirely on your own judgement, diligence, and outreach. Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You are the party that contacts leads, and you are solely responsible for doing so lawfully. This includes compliance with applicable data-protection law (including the EU GDPR and Montenegrin law), anti-spam and electronic-marketing rules, and the terms of any platform you use to make contact. You must have a valid legal basis to process a lead’s personal data, honour opt-out and erasure requests, and not use the data for any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purpose. You act as an independent data controller for any personal data you collect or store after contact.
You agree not to resell or redistribute raw lead data, not to use it for purposes other than legitimate real-estate outreach, and not to attempt to re-identify, scrape, or overload the service. Access is per-account and subject to the quota of your subscription plan.
This notice, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or your use of PropBlaze, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. The courts competent for the seat of BE FOUND GROUP in Budva, Montenegro shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
