1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to PropBlaze (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). The PropBlaze platform is operated by BE FOUND GROUP, a company registered in Budva, Montenegro(Registarski broj (Registration No.): 50940816). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PropBlaze website, application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications we may make.

2. Description of Service

PropBlaze is an AI-powered real-estate lead generation and distribution platform. It helps real-estate agencies discover qualified buyer demand and helps property owners reach relevant agencies. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted discovery and qualification of buyer leads from public sources
• Matching of leads and listings based on location, intent, budget, and other characteristics
• A CRM workspace for managing leads, notes, pipeline stages, and communication
• Analytics and reporting on lead and distribution performance

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis and is intended for lawful purposes only.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use PropBlaze, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

BE FOUND GROUP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data in breach of these Terms or source-platform terms
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) in violation of anti-spam laws
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Process personal data obtained through the Service for any purpose incompatible with applicable data-protection law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outreach to leads complies with applicable marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

5. Subscriptions, Plans & Payment

PropBlaze offers a free demo tier and paid subscription plans. The demo tier provides a limited sample of leads with contact details hidden. Paid plans unlock a defined monthly allowance of searches and full lead access. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge your payment method according to your selected plan:

• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled
• Search allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over
• Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date unless cancelled beforehand
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial or unused periods.

Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PropBlaze uses artificial intelligence to classify leads, estimate intent and budget, and generate summaries and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors or omissions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated classifications and summaries are decision-support tools, not guarantees
• You remain responsible for verifying lead information before acting on it
• You should conduct independent due diligence on counterparties and properties
• BE FOUND GROUP is not liable for claims arising from AI-generated inaccuracies

7. Data Protection & GDPR

We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data-protection laws. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect data, see our Privacy Policy and our GDPR statement.

Where you use the Service to process personal data of leads, you act as an independent controller for that processing and are responsible for having a valid legal basis and honoring data-subject rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, layout, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of BE FOUND GROUP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the data and information you submit. By submitting data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BE FOUND GROUP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party conduct.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent required by the GDPR and other applicable EU regulations, the mandatory data-protection provisions of EU law and the relevant member states shall also apply for EU users.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budva, Montenegro, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow EU users to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
