2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account & Registration Data:
Name, email address, phone number, company name, billing details, and account preferences.
Lead & CRM Data:
Information you save, import, or generate within the platform — leads, notes, pipeline stages, and outreach history. Leads are derived from publicly available sources and may include names, public contact details, and the text of public posts.
Communication Data:
Messages and emails you send through the platform, and your correspondence with our support team.
Payment & Billing Data:
Billing details and transaction history. Card data is handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
Usage & Technical Data:
IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and aggregated analytics used to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: creating and managing your account, running searches, and delivering the PropBlaze service.
- AI Classification & Matching: analyzing public posts to qualify buyer demand and match it to relevant criteria.
- Communication: sending transactional notifications and responding to your requests.
- Billing & Payments: processing subscriptions through our payment provider.
- Service Improvement: analyzing usage to improve our models and features.
- Security & Legal Compliance: preventing fraud, securing the platform, and meeting legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for, including account, search, and billing functions.
Consent — Art. 6(1)(a):
For optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

For service improvement, fraud prevention, and security, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
5. Lead Data & Your Responsibilities
PropBlaze surfaces buyer leads from publicly available sources. When you use the platform to contact a lead, you act as an independent data controller for that processing. You are responsible for having a valid legal basis, providing required notices, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws.
If a lead asks to be removed, you must stop contacting them and may request removal of the record from your workspace via privacy@propblaze.eu.
6. Data Sharing & Processors
We share personal data only with service providers (processors) that help us run the Service:
Hosting & Database:
Cloud infrastructure and database providers that store platform data under data-processing agreements.
Payment Processor:
Billing information is shared with our payment provider solely to process subscription payments.
Email Provider:
We use a transactional email provider to deliver platform notifications and, where you consent, marketing emails.
AI Provider:
Lead text is sent to our AI provider to classify buyer intent. It is processed under a data-processing agreement and not used to train third-party public models.
Legal & Regulatory Authorities:
We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. Data Retention
- Account Data: kept for the life of your account and up to 12 months after closure, unless law requires longer.
- Lead & CRM Data: kept while your account is active; deleted on request or after account closure.
- Payment Data: kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Usage & Technical Data: kept for up to 12 months for analytics and security.
8. Your GDPR Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction — limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
- Not be subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

10. International Data Transfers
BE FOUND GROUP is based in Montenegro. Some of our processors may store or process data outside your country. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
