2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account & Registration Data:
Name, email address, phone number, company name, billing details, and account preferences.
Lead & CRM Data:
Information you save, import, or generate within the platform — leads, notes, pipeline stages, and outreach history. Leads are derived from publicly available sources and may include names, public contact details, and the text of public posts.
Communication Data:
Messages and emails you send through the platform, and your correspondence with our support team.
Payment & Billing Data:
Billing details and transaction history. Card data is handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
Usage & Technical Data:
IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and aggregated analytics used to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: creating and managing your account, running searches, and delivering the PropBlaze service.
- AI Classification & Matching: analyzing public posts to qualify buyer demand and match it to relevant criteria.
- Communication: sending transactional notifications and responding to your requests.
- Billing & Payments: processing subscriptions through our payment provider.
- Service Improvement: analyzing usage to improve our models and features.
- Security & Legal Compliance: preventing fraud, securing the platform, and meeting legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for, including account, search, and billing functions.
Consent — Art. 6(1)(a):
For optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate Interest — Art. 6(1)(f):
For service improvement, fraud prevention, and security, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
5. Lead Data & Your Responsibilities
PropBlaze surfaces buyer leads from publicly available sources. When you use the platform to contact a lead, you act as an independent data controller for that processing. You are responsible for having a valid legal basis, providing required notices, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws.
If a lead asks to be removed, you must stop contacting them and may request removal of the record from your workspace via partnership@propblaze.com.
6. Public Posts on Social Platforms
PropBlaze identifies public posts in which a person describes an intention to buy or rent property in one of the markets we cover. Sources include Threads, Telegram, Facebook, Reddit and public web search. We process only content that the author published publicly, without logging into private groups or circumventing any access restriction.
What we store:
The text of the public post, its permanent link, the public username of the author, the market and city named in the post, the property type, and the budget if the author stated one. We do not store private messages, friend lists, photographs of people, or any data behind a login wall.
How a post is used:
We may send the author one short message asking whether the request is still current; if they say no or do not answer, we do not write again. A request is passed to a single partner agency working in the city the author named, with a link to the original post. Contact details a person sends us directly are shared only after they agree to the introduction. We do not sell personal data or publish it on our site. Details are in our Data Notice.
Legal basis:
Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in operating a market-intelligence service over content its authors chose to publish publicly. We have weighed this against the interests of the individual: the data is public, the volume per person is one post, no profiling or automated decision-making about the person takes place, and removal is available on request without justification. The full assessment and our record of processing are published in the Data Notice.
Retention:
Public-post records expire 90 days after collection and are then removed from the platform automatically. We do not renew that period by re-collecting the same post.
Removal:
If your public post appears on our platform and you want it gone, use our removal form — no account and no explanation needed. We act within 24 hours and confirm by the channel you give us. You can also write to partnership@propblaze.com.
7. Data Sharing & Processors
We share personal data only with service providers (processors) that help us run the Service:
Hosting & Database:
Cloud infrastructure and database providers that store platform data under data-processing agreements.
Payment Processor:
Billing information is shared with our payment provider solely to process subscription payments.
Email Provider:
We use a transactional email provider to deliver platform notifications and, where you consent, marketing emails.
AI Provider:
Lead text is sent to our AI provider to classify buyer intent. It is processed under a data-processing agreement and not used to train third-party public models.
Legal & Regulatory Authorities:
We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
8. Data Retention
- Account Data: kept for the life of your account and up to 12 months after closure, unless law requires longer.
- Lead & CRM Data: kept while your account is active; deleted on request or after account closure.
- Public Social Posts: removed automatically 90 days after collection, or earlier on request — see section 6.
- Payment Data: kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Usage & Technical Data: kept for up to 12 months for analytics and security.
9. Your GDPR Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction — limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
- Not be subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Cookies
We use only essential and functional cookies needed to operate the platform, plus optional analytics where you consent. We do not use advertising cookies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
11. International Data Transfers
BE FOUND GROUP is based in Montenegro. Some of our processors may store or process data outside your country. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
12. Exercising Your Rights & Complaints

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of PropBlaze after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
